Global Privacy Rights

Version: 2026-08 · Last updated: August 2026

Aveniqra is a UK-based business service. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains the request paths we use when privacy laws outside the UK apply. It does not claim that every law applies to every interaction, and it does not reduce mandatory rights.

How to make a request

Submit a request through our contact page and identify it as a privacy request. Describe the right you want to exercise, your country or state, and the Aveniqra account or business interaction involved. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.

We verify requests proportionately, respond within the period required by applicable law, and explain any lawful refusal or extension. An authorised agent may submit a request where local law permits and valid authority can be verified.

United Kingdom, EEA and Switzerland

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Direct-marketing objections apply at any time. International transfers use a lawful mechanism appropriate to the transfer, which may include adequacy decisions, the UK IDTA or Addendum, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

United States

Residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. We do not sell personal information. If an appeal right applies, you may appeal a denied request through the same contact channel. We honour legally recognised opt-out preference signals where required and technically applicable.

California

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Aveniqra for a particular interaction, California residents may exercise the rights described by that law without unlawful discrimination. Aveniqra does not sell personal information and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. Categories collected, sources, purposes, disclosures and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Canada

Where Canadian federal or provincial private-sector privacy law applies, you may request access to or correction of personal information and challenge our compliance. Consent is used where required, subject to lawful exceptions.

Brazil

Where the LGPD applies, data subjects may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion where legally available, portability where regulated, information about sharing, and review of qualifying automated decisions.

Australia and New Zealand

Where applicable, you may request access to and correction of personal information and complain about our handling of it. Cross-border disclosures and security are managed under the applicable statutory framework.

Asia-Pacific

Where applicable laws such as Singapore’s PDPA, Japan’s APPI, South Korea’s PIPA or India’s data-protection framework apply, we provide the notices, request mechanisms, consent choices, security safeguards and cross-border protections required for the relevant processing. Local rights and implementation dates vary.

Middle East and Africa

Where applicable privacy laws, including frameworks in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or South Africa, govern processing, we provide locally required access, correction, deletion, objection, consent and cross-border-transfer safeguards. Requirements are assessed for the customer, data and deployment concerned.

Other locations

Privacy laws differ and change. We will assess a verified request under the law applicable to the requester and processing. Nothing in this notice limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Processor requests

If Aveniqra processes information only for a customer, that customer controls the request. We will route the request to the customer or assist them as required by our Data Processing Agreement and applicable law.
