2. Prohibited use
You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:
- Process, disclose or obtain data unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights, confidentiality duties or contractual restrictions
- Access an account, tenant, system, mailbox, social account or destination without authority or outside granted scopes
- Circumvent authentication, approval, usage, rate, tenant-isolation, security or safety controls

- Probe or interfere with Aveniqra, other customers, internal infrastructure or provider systems, except through an authorised security-testing programme
- Reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent a restriction cannot lawfully be enforced
3. Automated tools and connected accounts
A connected provider or granted OAuth scope does not by itself authorise every possible action. Aveniqra may apply additional policy, approval, rate, content, evidence and risk gates before executing an action. You are responsible for ensuring that the connected account belongs to you or is under your lawful authority and that the intended automation is permitted by the relevant provider and applicable law.
4. Security testing
Do not conduct intrusive testing, exploitation or scanning against Aveniqra or another tenant without written authorisation. Good-faith vulnerability reports should be submitted through the security contact route described on the Security page. We ask reporters not to access unnecessary customer data, disrupt service, demand payment through threats, or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.
5. Enforcement and preservation
We may investigate suspected abuse, restrict a tool or integration, quarantine content, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, Aveniqra or the public. We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. Where practicable, enforcement will be proportionate to the affected risk and functionality.
6. Reporting misuse
Suspected abuse or security issues can be reported through our contact page or Security page. Do not include unnecessary passwords, tokens or highly sensitive data in the initial report.
